Rollplay offers a one-year limited warranty on all "replaceable" parts and a 6-month warranty on 6V-12V & 24V batteries - both from the date of purchase. Please refer to your owners manual for more information. Please save your receipt/proof of purchase.

Third-Party Extended Warranty

If your unit is outside of Rollplay’s one-year limited warranty and you purchased an extended warranty from a Rollplay certified store/retailer, then you will need to contact the insurance company direct to file a claim.
